Easy and fun ways to support the Mission

Office Piggy Bank
Adopt one of the Auckland City Mission Piggy Banks to put in your office and collect donations from staff and visiting clients.

Office Auction
Why not talk to your colleagues, combine your efforts and have an office auction? One person’s junk is another person’s treasure. Empty that over-flowing garage and raise funds for the Mission at the same time. Make it a Kitsch Auction and everyone will have a laugh.

Company Fun Run
Feeling sporty? Looking to get fitter? Now is the time to do something about it. Organise a social run with your colleagues. Get sponsorship and raise money for a good cause as well as improving your fitness. You could even have a ‘friendly’ race against a competitor or neighbouring organisation. 

Office Shout
A simple and fun way to raise money for the mission is to have a morning tea with a $1 or $2 donation going to the Mission.

Mufti Day
Organise ‘Casual Fridays’ or a funny hat day where people bring canned food, a present or a donation to the Mission as payment.

Office Raffle
Raffles are a quick and simple way to raise funds. For a few dollars, a ticket and very little effort, you can raise much needed funds to support the Auckland City Mission.

Christmas Party
Encourage your clients and staff to bring a present or food that can be donated to the Mission.
