Auckland City Mission People
Auckland City Mission is a Registered Charitable Trust which operates with a voluntary Board of Trustees and a professional management structure.

Auckland City Mission Board:

Auckland City Mission Staff and Management:
As of August 2010, Auckland City Mission employed:
- 46 full time staff,
- 11 part time staff,
- 21 relief staff.
In addition the Mission works with:
- 75 regular volunteers (at least once a fortnight),
- 450 Christmas Day volunteers, and
- more than 100 volunteer groups on an ad hoc basis.
The Mission has a client focused approach, generating a flat management structure, with separate Team Leaders for each service stream.
