Food Service and Food Parcel Requests

“When we arrived at the Mission, we had nothing – no food, no clothes or anywhere to stay. The people at the Mission found clothes for the kids, nappies for the baby and found us a place to stay for the weekend.”

To make an appointment for a food parcel, please call 0800 223663 Mon – Fri between 8.30am – 4pm

Please do not come for a food parcel without a booking as we are at maximum capacity and need to adhere to strict Covid-19 protocols to ensure everyone’s safety. Kia kaha.

When an individual is unable to access food, they can call our food service team for emergency food support. The Mission’s food parcels are designed to feed a family or individual for 4 days to get them through an immediate crisis. Food parcels are made up of simple items that families can make into filling meals.

In 2020, the Auckland City Mission distributed over 45,000 emergency food parcels.
