For food
We provide food in the Auckland CBD. We also work with three partner organisations to provide food parcels to whānau in their local communities outside the CBD.

Food from the Mission
If you don’t have enough kai for yourself and your family and need a food parcel, please call 0800 223 663. Our team is here to help from 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Food needs to be picked up from our site in Grafton – we do not deliver.
Please do not come for a food parcel without a booking as we are at maximum capacity and need to adhere to strict Covid-19 protocols to ensure everyone’s safety. Kia kaha.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Call 0800 223 663.
- Tell us what you need (how many people are in your whānau etc).
- Make a time to collect your food.
- Bring ID (so we can make sure you’re getting the right parcel).
- Enjoy your kai!
When we talk to you, we may also be able to help you with other situations you might be facing and link you in with other services.

Extras as available
Every Auckland City Mission food parcel contains ingredients necessary to create simple, nutritionally-balanced meals. Although most parcels have the same items, you can request particular items and, as long as we have those in stock, they are popped into the parcel. That means if you have particular dietary requirements or need pasta but not flour that week, you can get what you need. Alongside the core items, a few extra things might be included, depending on what has recently been donated.
