You can support the efforts of the Auckland City Mission – Te Tāpui Atawhai by hiring one of the modern function venues at HomeGround 140 Hobson Street, Auckland for your next meeting, training event, private or corporate function.

HomeGround is ‘Auckland’s new home’ and designed to be used by the wider community, fostering partnership and opportunity. When you make a booking in our Matatihi Rooftop Function Space or one of our Community Meeting Spaces you will have access to everything you need to host a successful event while supporting those seeking help from the Mission to access affordable housing, food or healthcare.

You will be sharing the space with people who the Mission supports including tenants living in the HomeGround apartments, staff and volunteers.

Matatihi Rooftop Space

This rooftop function space offers magnificent views of the city. It is ideal for events of all types, including workshops, meetings and product launches. The room can accommodate 80 people standing, 65 people seated theatre style, or 48 seated banquet style.

Features include: modern tables and chairs, a lectern and microphone, Wi-Fi, data projector, whiteboard, north-facing balcony with 180 degree views, as well as a west-facing balconies and use of the adjoining commercial kitchen.

The Matatihi rooftop function space is available in 4-hour booking slots, either a morning, afternoon or evening for $500 per time. For more information please call (09) 303 9200 or submit an enquiry below.

 

Community Meeting Spaces

The community meeting spaces offer natural light, views and an east-facing balcony with a variety of seating configurations. The larger room is ideal for meetings, training, and workshops of up to 40 people and the smaller room for up to 20 people. Features include a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and white board.

The community rooms are available at $50 per hour, as a bare hire.
